I have not left my couch in 16 hours. In my slight defense, I’ve been asleep for a lot of it, as I’ve been madly medicating a sinus migraine that doesn’t want to go away. And chronic pain foot had shot up from an everyday 2.5 to an 8.5. However, I just want to go back to sleep. That’s bad, right? I should aim for staying awake and being productive?
